FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1. Will I receive confirmation of my order?
Yes, we will confirm all your online order details by e-mail as soon as the order is placed. This will be sent to the email address with which you log into your account.
2. Are there any extra charges beyond the prices quoted?
No, the price quoted is the price you will be charged unless you qualify for discounts. However, when you choose a delivery option, the price is added to the price quoted for flowers.
3. How do I pay for my order?
You can pay directly online using your Visa, MasterCard, Verve or any Debit card. Payment should be made into any of the bank accounts specified. Please specify your order confirmation code.
4. How long before my order is processed?
All orders for occasions are processed within 3working days (if u place your order on Monday it will be delivered on Wednesday), except weddings flowers and funeral flowers which are processed a day to the event. However we also deliver daily on flowers available and no specific flower choices have been made (flowers created from our stock can be delivered same day). All wedding flowers orders must be made minimum 2 weeks before the day of the event to help us get the best and freshest flowers for your big day.
5. Will I get exactly what I order for?
Yes, you will. But where flowers are not in season we promise to substitute the flowers with same value and quality as the one not in season. We guarantee exceptional quality and recipient will be thrilled with their gift.
6. Can I place a custom order (not any of the pics on the site)?
Definitely. Our florist can create arrangements based on your choice.Leave it to our experts to create stunning arrangements for you. Contact us by email or telephone
7. Will there be a message card in the box?
Yes, there will be, you will be prompted to write your own message as part of the checkout process. Please remember to add the senders name to the message card so the recipient knows who to call to say thank you. Your name will not be added automatically.
8. Can I arrange for pick up?
Yes. You can pick up at our office.
9. What happens if the recipient is not at home when the delivery is attempted?
When placing your order it is possible to enter delivery instructions in case the recipient is not in to collect - for example, a safe place where the box can be left, or a specific neighbor who can look after the parcel. Otherwise, a card will be left saying that a delivery was attempted. For Office deliveries, we will leave it at the reception and get them to sign for it if the recipient is not in the office at the time of delivery.
